She regularly assists businesses, production houses, creators, artists and start-ups in navigating the legal and commercial complexities of protecting, monetising and managing their intellectual property. In addition to her advisory practice, she conducts workshops, training sessions and educational programmes for law students, creators and organisations on intellectual property, media law, contract drafting and emerging legal developments.
Coming from a family actively engaged in film and content production, Pria brings a practical understanding of both the commercial realities and legal intricacies of the entertainment industry. B.Com., LL.B. (Hons.)Mansi is an Associate with a practice focused on Media & Entertainment Law and Intellectual Property Rights. She has experience in drafting and reviewing end-to-end production documentation, including artist, music, synchronization, cast and crew, service, licensing, assignment and other commercial agreements, along with advising on trademark and copyright matters.
In addition to her legal practice, Mansi plays an integral role in Lawgical Media's brand and educational initiatives. Leveraging her skills as a graphic designer, she designs course materials, creates visual assets and supports the firm's creative branding on social media platforms.
Adv. Dishika Hegde
B.M.M., LL.B. (Hons.)Dishika is a Trainee Associate with experience in content production, trademark prosecution, and rights clearance. Having worked as an Assistant Director on several projects, she brings valuable on-ground production experience and an understanding of the operational and legal aspects of the entertainment industry. She supports Lawgical Media by assisting with the drafting and review of production, talent and vendor agreements and contributing to legal compliance across media and entertainment projects.
In addition to her legal work, she plays a key role in Lawgical Media's LinkedIn content strategy, overseeing content planning and social media mapping to strengthen the firm's digital presence.
