ABOUT · THE PRACTICE

Making the fine print make sense.

A Mumbai practice built around entertainment law, intellectual property and corporate-commercial work.

Contracts are written in fine print, but careers and businesses are built elsewhere. Lawgical Media exists to close that gap, simplifying and decoding agreements and intellectual property law so that our clients know exactly what they are signing.

Our work spans three connected areas. In intellectual property, we handle trademark registration and prosecution, copyright registration, and the protection of titles, brands, scripts, music and creative works. In entertainment law, we draft, review and negotiate agreements across films, web series, television, OTT, music and theatre. In corporate and commercial law, we prepare non-disclosure agreements, memoranda of understanding, service agreements and other contracts for start-ups and companies.

The goal stays the same across all of it: your rights stay protected, your ownership stays yours, and the terms you agreed to are the terms you get.

HOW WE WORK

Three acts. No plot twists.

Act I: Brief

Tell us the matter

A consultation to understand your matter, your position in it, and what is on the table: the deal, the deadline, the risk.

Act II: Draft

We do the paperwork

We draft, review or redline the agreement, flagging every clause that affects your rights, ownership and payments, in plain language.

Act III: Sign

Sign with confidence

You walk into the negotiation knowing exactly what you are agreeing to, and walk out with your interests protected.
